Returns Policy

All Molly Perkinsons garments are cut individually and made in house. Most styles are made to order, or they are made in very small production runs. It takes time to cut and make your garment, so please consider your purchase carefully. 

No cancellations or changes are able to be made to your order during the production time.

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the item for an alteration or exchange of size, fabric, or style. Credit will be issued if there is no available exchange option. Please note that if an item is returned for an exchange, the replacement item will have to be made to order (as usual) so please allow up to 14 working days from the completion of the return, before the replacement item is dispatched.

Items may only be returned for a full refund if the item is deemed faulty by Molly Perkinsons and is not able to be repaired or replaced.

Molly Perkinsons will not accept the return of items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear.

Molly Perkinsons will be free to refuse a return (for exchange or refund) if the following requirements are not met:

Contact must be made with Molly Perkinsons via email to mollyperkinsons@gmail.com regarding the return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the return is accepted by Molly Perkinsons, I will provide confirmation and a return address. The item must be returned to that address within 7 days of confirmation. All returns must be sent with tracking and signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs including duties and taxes applicable to international orders. The customer holds responsibility for the item until it is received by Molly Perkinsons.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unlaundered and without any damage.

Any garments custom made to your exclusive measurements may not be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted on full price items. Any sale items may only be returned if the item is deemed faulty by Molly Perkinsons.
